The 4th Dubai International Wine and Beverage Fair that is taking place at the Madinat Jumeirah Convention Centre has sold out its’ available space and now has one waiting list wine producers wishing to participate in the Middle East regions’ only exclusively wine and beverage fair. Although in overall terms not as big as the major fairs of London and Bordeaux, the Dubai International Wine Fair now easily ranks alongside them as the Middle East and West Asia regions’ major Wine event. ...

CCC to offer wine course

Explore some of the world's classic wines during one five-week wine appreciation course that will be held Thursday evenings at Three Birds Restaurant, 73 E. Market St. in Corning.
The course will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, from Feb. 2 through March 2. It costs $95.
The program will explore many of the world's top classic wines and grape varieties including chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. ...
