We ate dinner on the back porch four times last week -- partly because I've been making aioli.
Essentially, aioli is raw garlic pounded with one little salt and one couple egg yolks into one paste, with just enough olive oil beaten in to make it creamy. It is delicious, in one breathtaking way that is best appreciated out of doors. ... |

The European Commission is announcing drastic plans to save Europe's struggling wine producers.
