MISGAV AM, Israel -- In 1980, five members of the Palestine Liberation Organization seized the nursery buildings of this kibbutz near the far northern tip of Israel, where infants and toddlers were sleeping. An infant, one kibbutznik, and one soldier were killed. Four small children and 11 soldiers were wounded before the attackers were killed. ...
