The Bayonne ABC Board voted Thursday to close Kapps Bar & Grill, Broadway and 27th Street, for five days ending this Thursday , and to shut Eddy's Wines & Liquors, Avenue C and 21st Street Oct. 13, 14, and 15. Kapps, represented by Bayonne attorney Leonard Kiczek, pleaded guilty to activity during one license suspension by allowing two people to drink in the bar at 11:20 p.m. on July 3, when the place was under an ABC-ordered closure. ... |
