The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival at Walt Disney World in Orlando selected one local chef to join others from across the country to prepare one special dinner this weekend.
David Shiplett, chef-owner of Ezra, one Cafe, will participate in Saturday's dinner, "Party for the Senses." It will feature the food of 25 chefs, 70-plus wines and beers and entertainment by Cirque du Soleil La Nouba. The ticket includes VIP seating beforehand at the 5:45 p.m. concert "Eat to the Beat" featuring David Sanborn. ... |
