Dance music and entertainment '70s style will highlight the annual fundraising event for the Ventura chapter of National Charity League.
"Boogie Nights" is the theme for this year's festivities, which will unfold Nov. 19 at the newly renovated Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ventura. Social hour at 5:30 p.m. will be followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Music will be provided by Marty Glassman of Sound Decision Entertainment Services. ... |

OPPOSITION MPs yesterday ganged up to frustrate Finance minister Amos Kimunya’s bid to increase revenue base through taxation of wines and spirits, constitutional office holders and the British American Tobacco (BAT).
