| Of all international cuisines, opening an Italian restaurant is perhaps the safest bet in Prague. Ristorante italiano Buschetto is just another Italian eatery, but profits from its location in the upper part of Wenceslas Square. Buschetto’s representatives say Italian food is “in” now, and its only Italian competitor on this busy boulevard is Pizza Coloseum at the bottom of the square. Given Buschetto’s location, most of its customers were tourists when we visited at lunch time. We took one table in the front part of the restaurant and watched the passers-by through big windows.
